What is the difference between fill products?

One of the primary differences is the degree of "viscosity" that the products possess. Some products are soft and more pliable, others are a bit more rigid. Each product is engineered with a different application in mind. Your I.M. 120 provider will select the proper product to fit your needs.

Are the products safe?

All the products have been FDA approved and are completely sterile.

Does the procedure hurt?

At I.M. 120 we use specially compounded topical anesthetics to reduce pain. We also will use injectable pain medicine if needed. In many cases anesthesia is mixed in with the Fill product itself. There will be some pain, usually quite mild and tolerable. The pain is brief and typically ends as soon as the procedure is completed.

What will I look like immediately afterward?

The positive results will be noticed immediately. The skin will be a little bit red and irritated. In some cases, mild swelling will can occur. Bruising is possible. You can immediately apply your usual make up and resume your usual skin care.

How long does the Fill last?

The duration of affect varies depending on where the product is injected, and which product is used. Anywhere from four months to one year is a typical duration of effect.

What is the right age to start using Fill?

There is no minimum, or maximum age. The right time to use it is when you notice something that you want to have addressed. It is better to start as soon as you notice an area of need. If you delay treatment, the area will become more severe and more difficult to reverse.

How much fill will I need? How much will it cost?

These are questions best answered at the time of your consultation. At I.M. 120, the consultation is the most important part of the process. We will not guide you towards a treatment unless we believe it is in your best interest. At the end of your consultation you will have a price as well as a treatment plan that will include not only the best Fill products, but whatever other combinations of treatments will be most beneficial to you.
